I don't like seeing dogs being killed, but I also don't like seeing pitbulls. They are not safe dogs and were specifically bred to lose it. I've been attacked numerous times by "nonviolent breeds" (border collies and Australian shepherds), and have had to hit a dog more than once in self-defense. I love dogs but I'm always wary around them.
