Instead of going for an ethnostate, form what is essentially a large for-profit corporation (corporations are the new governments) that pursues white interests, and only hires white people, and has it's own constitution that would be the same as a constitution you would want in a white ethnostate. (giving rights and privileges to the members of the corporation. But recognizing no rights for anyone else outside)

Why? This way you leave all the undesirable white NPCs behind. You get only the good ones. Those who share your ideology. Going by just race will lead us back where we are.

Form your own town but don't call it a town or a country. It is just employee housing. Keep expanding it. Like a big farm. People there work in factories and get paid but the corporation profits. No outsiders. Everyone required to contribute or leave.

But have a common purpose and keep amassing power. This is what Jews do.
