You're correct that the logic isn't created by man. But it's presented by man as the capstone project of 100 000 years of somewhat organized existence; this is the wisdom they've collected. The self-existing logic is limited or influenced by biology more than anything else, followed by sociological forces which we still don't fully understand today. His works bridge the gap between western logic traditions and religious thinking, often seen to be at odds. Google Lewis' "trilemma" for a fun rabbit hole. It's one of the most influential concepts in 20th century theology and Christian apologetics. Briefly: it's the idea that you are in a tough spot when you think of Christ as only a great moral teacher, and not the actual Son of God. Why? Because it forces you to either view him as a total mad man, nutjob or as the literal Son of God, which he repeatedly claimed he was. He's left you no choice, and, as Lewis states, "He didn't intend to."

Ground: Christ was a great moral teacher.
Condition: He also claimed he was literally the Son of God.
Options: Negate the ground (not possible), accept he is the Son of God, or call him a mad man (not compatible with the ground).
