Lucky is a good dude. He got us training and equipment we needed despite Obama making cuts. He has turned the Army Reserve around from a bunch of weekend wannabes to an actual Reserve force that can support the Active side and even in some cases replace the Active side.

So telling 13% of your force to go get fucked is a pretty shitty way to lead. But telling 20% to shut up and do their job is how its done.
