As always go back to the primary source of data, the science and the research to see if what is being said is correct and that's one of his big strength is that that his volume of intellectual work is published and peer reviewed.
Real criticism of Peterson would come in the form of papers published that demonstrated why is him primary research fails to replicate or has methodological flaws. And such criticisms themselves would need to be published in a respected journal and reproduced to be taken seriously. This is how science works.
