Do you live with your parents? Maybe have one of them ask your sister to stop?
Can you lock your door at night? If your door doesn't lock, you can buy and install a locking one from home depot.
You can also barricade your door if it swings inside your room. You can stick your dresser or another heavy object in front of it so it won't open.
