I never liked or followed Chris-chan closely, except as a warning for myself (as I had similar problems to him except internalized for the most part)

if you became friend with any psychiatrist of note (they're mostly now retired or dead) in the 80s/90s like heads of departments or hopsitals, etc... they almost always at some point did government research
they were not told MK Ultra but I've met a few psychiatrists (in a conference or family/social setting) and basically if you went to Yale or were at certain nondiscript hospitals like around Seattle, basically there are places that have been confirmed as doing lots of MK Ultra type shit
My point is that even if he wasn't part of an official program it would be the people who did this research who might be treating him assuming he went to the best specialist in his area
