You can’t just demand compensation like this without due process. I know he did it but they never proved he did it. I don’t see how this is a constitutional request. Would set a terrible precedent.

If a judge is a crook, it calls their cases into question. I know at least one case in the USA where that happened where a judge was sending boys to prison for minor shit and it turned out he was being paid by the prison (private) to send them there, so all his cases were looked at again.
