The way she talks, is odd.
Sort of a stutter mixed with repeating herself.
She obviously is not mentally challenged, and she follows the narrative without falter.
Sort of seems like someone might be on the other side of an ear piece, answering questions in real time.

It's like watching a puppet struggle to keep up with the puppeteer. The long pauses, the twitch like someone just screamed loudly in the earpiece, the weird stutter, the emotion that seems to manifest out of nowhere when going from one sentence to the next.
