>stress
>bad shampoo
>radiation poisoning
>balding
>gnomes are stealing your hair when you are asleep

Could be millions of different things.

Remember that it is normal to lose hair, especially that much. Freaking out will make it worse. DONT get Rogain or anything that makes your hair grow; you will lose more if you use it then stop.

Just keep calm

take estrogen, women don't go bald

balding is caused by testosterone

This. Even prescription medication can cause hair loss.

Gnomes are much more likely, though.

I totally have seen a lot of bald women

It’s called a mature hairline, and like nearly every guy loses some hair when they’re like 16-20. Wait and year or so, and it will have most likely stopped.

Are you radioactive?

Did you get thicker hair when you started taking t-blockers and estrogen?

I don't consume hormones.

Aren’t you a trap?

I've never seen a healthy woman go bald like half of middle aged men.

they're either :
>trans (high testosterone)
>pull their hair out due to stress
>shave their heads intentionally
>or have cancer

kek

Female pattern baldness exists, but it typically only hits women when they’re like 80. It’s basically uniform thinning.
I see lots of young women with receded hairlines for some reason.

I've seen it happen strictly due to severe stress, and I mean severe stress. It isn't a matter of them pulling it out, it literally comes out in clumps resulting from the death of their child.

get on finasteride ASAP

you better not be wearing a hat or beany this entire time

Hair loss is 90% genetic. It may have skipped a generation or two, but that gene is in your pool

Chemicals in modern food could affect it although I wouldn't know for sure, there's some suspicion

Try no shampoo. Only wash your hair once a week/every two weeks.
Also avoid jacking off too much. It seems to trigger hairloss in some men due to it raising DHT.
If you shampoo too often, your hair dries out and doesn't have natural oil.
No shampoo = more volume.
I also have slight psoriasis so I use a coal tar shampoo every two weeks and it helps a lot but it's kind of smelly.
Some supplements that help:
>Biotin
>Zinc
>Saw palmetto
Good luck OP!
You could also look into dermarollers (microneedle) as they can restore hairlines and thin spots by removing dead layers of skin that have stopped growing hair.
Also look into leave in conditioners. I use one that has castor oil, shea butter, apple cider vinegar, and peppermint.
After my two week cycle, I wash my hair with the coal tar shampoo, dermaroll, apply the leave in conditioner, then don't wash again for two weeks.
If I get buildup I just wash with cold water (no shampoo) and massage my scalp in the shower under cold water.
avoid drinking more than one cup of coffee a day as well, and exercise more.
If none of this helps, either try rogaine or just shave it and grow a beard.

If you're on antidepressants they might be the cause. I'm shedding heavily since starting Bupropion and I'm conflicted about going off it since it helps so well against my depression.
Some general things you can do to prevent hairloss to some extent are Dermarolling (Dermastamps work better on the head cause they dont tangle your hair), Biotin, zinc, Scalp messages and Peppermint oil (only use it as a solution)

If the hair falls out but leaves a weird peachy fuzz blonde hairs (even if you arent blonde) then its alopecia areata. It can happen if you stress too much. It will grow back after 8 months to 3 yrs. Happened to me. Now i have all my hair back
