If your in American and have drywall walls, the the ceiling on the top level in your home will have cross beams.
Go in the attic and kick a hold in the drywall in the floor (which is the ceiling for the top floor). Super easy to do, just kick it and it'll easily give way. Tie the rope snugly on a cross beam. The slide the rope down through the hole you kicked in.
Leave the attic and find the rope hanging confidently from a hole in the ceiling.
Tie your noose knot on the rope at a high enough level.
Stand on a chair. Place the noose around your neck and pull it tight. Handcuff yourself with strong zip-ties. If you don't have strong ones, you can just use several weaker ones.

If you don't have this for some reason, then consider using your garage. Close the garage door and you can easily tie the rope to the metal beams in there.
