You know that the US has basically practically phased out nukes? 32k deployed warheads during the cold war and now 1800 warheads which aren't even on alert and are totally neglected. Only 400 minuteman missiles with one warhead on each LGM-30 officially but in reality they're not maintained well and only a fraction of them are available to be used. All the B-52 cruise missiles have no RCS cloaking and fly slow as shit (500 knots) and can be shot down easily by a trainer jet and cannon rounds. The submarine ballistic missile force isn't obligated to fire because they don't have key-turner drills and it's basically a revenge weapon.
Yet US military spending is ridiculously high and rustbucket Russia is nuked to the teeth.

I would not be at all surprised, tbqh. I've long suspected that nukes were rendered biplane-tier quite some time ago. I also believe that China is considerably more dangerous and militarily advanced than they've been letting on.

Army bases like Ft.Hood where lots of troops are stationed have runways made for transport planes like C-17s and C-5s, specifically so men and gear can be loaded up for transport. Remember, the USAF started in the Army.
