It’s called consensus hacking, where they try to saturate the board with a certain narrative. The most effective counter is what I call “consensus dilution” where you spam the exact same narrative in an ironic manner until it becomes a huge joke. As someone who has considered myself liberal for decades but has not moved towards the insanity of the left, I actually really like Contrapoints. Pretty much the only "non-liberal" opinion I hold is on gun rights, which is where I'm basically absolutist. While I've not personally had a problem with trans people, Contra helped develop more understanding for me. Funny enough, Contra has her own share of hate from the LGBT community for some of her videos, most notably the Aesthetics video. I really recommend watching her if you're at all open to transgenderism.
