Also wondering this. I think my biggest issue is I come off as needy just because I want to spend time with them or talk to them when I get the chance (I work alot so my phone use is limited throughout the day and most of my free time is on the weekends). Obviously I don't want to spend ALL my time on them but I just enjoy consistency and knowing a girl is dedicated to me and not talking to 12 guys. desu it kind of did for me. Get hobbies, friends, etc. Find stuff you enjoy in life. The loneliness hasn't gone away completely but overall I'm happy, not nearly as lonely as I was in my 20s.

That's when the feeling of loneliness started for me. When I was miserable and reclusive it didn't bother me because there were a bunch of things I felt i needed to work on first. Since I started to fill my life with things and make more of an effort I felt horribly lonely and feel the need to be around people as much as possible.
