Discord is the same shit but their platform seems to encourage raiding our peaceful boards of peace. Reddit at least has rules against this, in theory. That’s why I think reddit is less gay.

I'll this and this alone about Reddit. Strictly as a matter of "internet history", there was once a time when Reddit was _ THE _ "cool" site on the web. It was THE based and redpilled site.
It was founded, originally, by a couple of people, one of whom was admittedly a fucking Jew named Aaron Schwartz. He founded Reddit specifically for the purpose of it being "a bastion of free speech on the web".
Guess what? Aaron Schwartz eventually "committed suicide" under suspicious circumstances after being unjustly persecuted by the law. Whatever.
However you feel about that, the fact remains that once upon a time Reddit had large and active subs like Jow Forumsgasthekikes, Jow Forumscoontown, Jow Forumsphilosophyofrape (literally a place where rapists discussed committing their crimes and Reddit would protect them from LE seeking their IPs) and many other subs that would be completely inconceivable today.
Even the main subs were right-of-center. Most people there were Ron Paul supporters in 2012. Jow Forums had a lot of Ron Paul support too, but before that it was mostly a left-wing board (pic related, lol).
Sometime in 2013 Reddit got a new CEO named Ellen Pao. Ellen Pao was an SJW leftist asian woman, and by early 2014 the "changes" started to become apparent. Reddit was no longer "the site of free speech". It's users rebelled because they were still fairly based back then. Pao was ousted. Steve Huffman (/u/spez) came back on board, touted as one of the original founders who would bring the board BACK to its roots initially, he went in the complete opposite direction.
By 2015 Reddit was dead and unrecognizable from what it once was. The last vaguely right-of-center posts I saw came against the Mizzou riots over the poop swastika that some kid drew in a bathroom. There was a little bit of vague support for Milo Yiannopoulos on the front page back then too, I remember. But whatever remnants of what was quickly faded WELL before Trump announced his candidacy.

Yeah lo and behold, I've been on more sites than just Jow Forums over the years. Wow. Guess I suck. Even more than Reddit I used to go on GLP, GodLikeProductions, which was the most based site of all back in the day. It's a bit more cucked now but still not too bad.
