SOCIETY WAS MADE BY STRONG MEN WHO SEEK TO PERFECT THEIR CRAFT, NOT FAT LAZY FUCKS THAT JACK OFF ALL DAY alright lads last summer i managed to lose 40 pounds. basically i ate one meal a day (only ate dinner) and i wouldn't eat anything after 8:30pm. i would go pretty much 22 hours without eating anything. it worked but the con i had was lifting weights in 110+ degree temps and it gave me anxiety all of August cause my blood glucose got so low. i want to do it again but i need some help figuring out not to kill myself. i was thinking maybe just do it 4 times a week instead of the every single day. another thing i'm thinking about i just eating only oatmeal with fruit and a protein shake for 2 meals.
