Should paternity testing be made legally mandatory on all births?

I can't imagine why you wouldnt get a paternity test without strong evidence. I have two kids, and my boy is and has been in the 99th percentile of height just like me so unless she found another giant to cheat on me with, I know hes mine. I've also made it abundantly clear in no uncertain terms that if she cheated on me I would literally not metaphorically kill her. This happened about 3 years ago, it was the fucking funniest thing I have ever experienced.
