Im new to Jow Forums and I’m not sure of the etiquette here. I don’t know if I’m a boomer, zoomed, etc. A little background. I was a die hard conservative and towed the party line for years. I argued on Bush’s behalf. I supported the Iraq war. I believed that WMDs existed even after it was proven they didn’t. I voted for McCain and Romney. Despised Obama and knew he was full of shit from the beginning. I was an avid Fox News viewer.
A few years ago I stopped watching the news and switched to YouTube - better analysis, more objectivity, civil debate, etc. I came across 9-11 channels and while I’m not on board with the truthers, building 7 is very suspicious. I’ve never been a “conspiracy theorist”, but at some point before Trump was elected, I got pissed off about the WMD lie and woke up. They are all liars. ....cont
So I’ve been supporting trump from the beginning. Loved his message. Loved that he hits them back and makes their heads explode. I’ve always known the media lies and promotes a narrative. I watched a movie called Agenda and it blew my mind. That was two weeks ago.
When the mueller report came out and exonerated Trump, which I knew it would, I was hopeful that the people I know on the left would wake up, but they didn’t. It was insane and When I saw how delectably they were to facing reality - as I was with WMD, something triggered in me and I started asking myself how much of what I believe is true and how much is bullshit. How long has the media been lying to us. Which brings me to ww2.

I’ve always been intrigued by Hitler and Ww2. My grandfather was a hero in the pacific. Many medals. Spent 5 years in the hospital. I was Young when he died and I learned everything about him from my uncle. Anyway. I’ve read a lot about ww2. Watched many docs, and always believed that Hitler was a terrible guy but I also always knew that communism was much much worse. Then I saw a video of Patton saying that we fought the wrong country this week and this movie came up when I did a search for more info on Patton’s quote.
I have to tell you. I’m at a loss for words right now. I’m having a hard time believing that everything in this movie is 100% true, but I also can’t ignore it. You have to understand that this is completely counter to 46 years of indoctrination and my mind is blown.
Always believed that Hitler was evil, but in reality, was he any worse than FDR or Churchill? Was it really Jews/Zionists pulling the strings on both sides? I can’t explain what this is like and I would like some more info. Perhaps a book or video that is completely objective on the subject. I’m very confused and I’m reaching out here because there are many really smart people posting here.

Have you read Mein Kampf? Listen to the Ford translation audiobook. There are torrents out there. Yes, TGSNT has bias, but "history books are written by the winners" is a fact. It's a great history book to read/listen to and talks a lot about what lead to WW1 and general pre-1930 European history.
History books prior to 1970 had no mention of the holohoax. "Tragedy & Hope" by Quigley is a great example of that. There are plenty of books your looking for, but not really published mainstream and are marginalized by it for the reason being that such truths are just not allowed by the winners in history.

The mathematics of the holocaust don't add up and it wouldn't make sense to kill off a huge working population during total war. Jews were kept in camps and actually had an ok life there save for the imprisonment and forced labor. During the end stages of the war the Germans couldn't keep proper sanitation and many died of starvation or typhus. Zyclon B was used as a delousing agent to keep away a potential epidemic. The Germans did however kill communist partisans on multiple occasions but as long as you weren't a civilian aiding them, you were fine. You should lurk here for a couple more weeks/months. Hitler did kill millions of potential laborers, he starved 2-3 million Soviet POWs to death in the first months of the war and only afterwards began employing them as slave labor where another million or so died from shitty living conditions.
