lately i've been pondering not only the 'nazi cult of fitness' (which i admire for its creation of proud men with proud bodies and strength -- pic related, its a statue from arno breker) but also the way of achieving such prowess.
i believe that most men today are very weak. they are pressured to be weak, as folks will say, 'oh, being buff is the epitome of toxic masculinity. be a softboy!' which inevitably leads to young men becoming cucks; potentially amplified by pornography and masturbation, two awful sins that one must avoid if he wants to become better, become a true man. how else do we expect to win any battle if we are weak of body, weak of will, and weak of mind?

Just remember that while strength is incredibly important, you'll need endurance to get through difficult times. And don't denigrate people who obsess over exercise, just as you shouldn't denigrate an obsessive reader
well, it's a double-edged sword. on one hand you have the Jow Forums lads that are genuinely mentally disturbed and would fill innocents with more bullets than an ammo box, and if they were physically strong they could translate that into random acts of street violence
on the other hand you have the ones that want to forge a future for the race and for their bloodline in a more practical manner, and to physically and mentally strengthen them would be beneficial, i think

No, it's just a requisite image posted here when people bring up Arno Breker or physical fitness programs of the 3rd Reich. I'm more partial to the Greek ideal myself though, they look more fit for gruel fighting
