You'll also want to talk to a registry or something similar to discuss process for getting someone an, I'm guessing, essentially fresh set of identification and to get them into the system (I'm guessing they're not a birth registered in the system).
You'll want the lawyer because it's your prerogative to protect her rights (which she doesn't know she needs protected as such) and that way you have a response for the warrant the cops come with.
I'd suggest taking her into a hospital. I don't mean to add insult to injury but this bitch is probably going to need eighteen years of backed up vaccinations unless her parents are part of an absurdly responsible cult. You may want to preemptively ask a hospital or your doctor about what you're going to have to do to get her in the health system and get her inoculated ASAP.
I would consider looking up education programs. You don't want a functional dependent these days... dysfunctional ones tend to have less raw resource demand, but someone functional is going to have a lot of time in a day that they won't be happy frittering away on block toys or the same three books. You'll want to know what your options are for getting her education.

This isn't a small fucking operation. You're basically adopting a child from the aether, one who hasn't been part of any system; part of your responsibility as her henceforth guardian is going to be integrating her peacefully and without a mountain of stress that overwhelms her, while making sure as much overhead work is done preemptively because you're apparently going to be socially integrating her as well. Works plus 40 hours a week and doesn't get paid. Commune decides what to buy her. They often own hardly anything that's not practical.

Can't leave the commune unless the leader says so. She has to ask permission to go to town and can be told no. They live in the middle of no where. Nearest town is like 20 miles away. If she is allowed to leave the commune she has to go with another member. A guy specifically as women aren't allowed to learn how to drive.

leadership tells you if you can get married. Although luckily they don't tell you to marry someone specifically. They just approve or dissaprove for what ever arbitary reasons.

Leadership regulates everything your allowed to do in your free time and if you get any. Everything from banning musical instruments, tv, to bikes.
