i came Up with a plan, it might bei stupid but here it is
Walk Up to some Girls that are hanging out in a place were they are Open to being approached i came up with one Idea but it might suck so i need more ideas my First thought was, a park.
so, >you find a few Girls sitting at the Park >you Walk Up to them (maybe with a friend) >Tell them that you need a womans opinion about Something >then you ask If they have ever been in a Relationships (that way you know If they have a Bf or Not) >then you just say Something that makes sense with the last part >like: "how would you react If you're Bf was drinking and Kissed a Girl at a Party"
the replies are not important, important is Just keeping a conversation going

Videoing them would make a good prop, as well as giving them the idea that they're helping you out. Otherwise you'd just be some weird guy who came over to ask a personal question. Either way, a cold approach is going to turn some people off no matter what you do so be ready.

A cold approach is when you randomly approach girls you don't know in public places and try to get their number. There's a ton of strategies for this a google search away, but the main trick is to keep trying because you're going to fail a lot unless you're already charming(which I doubt someone who asks for advice on Jow Forums is).

Honestly, if you want to make actual friends then the best choice is to get a hobby and meet people through it. Your current plan is somewhat possible, but it only makes sense if you're looking for a higher number followers on social media. Like, what would you even do after they added you? Host parties? Wait for them to invite you? If you're looking at the latter then forget it, the chance is too small unless you make a really, really great impression.
Now, that's not to say you shouldn't talk to strangers. It's great practice for social skills at no cost, and you might even get lucky by meeting someone on your wavelength.
