OP is underaged and retarded
Compounded by those cities making it near impossible to build new housing.
Its a conspiracy to make you all financially fight it out until the person who is willing to pay the most money for it, wins it.................
The amount of land is fixed but we keep importing people. Americans could of just lived off the fat of the land like saudi arabia but jews had to ruin that.
Explain.
All of these rates are higher than my mortgage on a 4k sqft house.
Urbanites are mentally ill.
Mostly this, alongside rising minimum wage and rent control. The far left city dwellers also have a hard time parsing that "affordable housing" isn't something any landlord wants to build; instead it's something that occurs naturally as the luxury housing of 10+ years ago becomes the affordable housing of today. This of course all disappears when there's little to no new housing to begin with, resulting in the crisis we have now.
>3500/month for a 1 bedroom crackerbox in San Francisco
i guess people get charged for the priviledge of stepping through needles and piles of homeless shit
As more money gets concentrated in the hands of fewer people, there's an increased market for very expensive property in the most desirable locations
All the useful people live and work together in the city and that drives up the cost of rent.
Well that's it. We're done here.
The weather is nice though
Jews and boomers
Whats the median wage in New York?
There is no #4 on your list it’s a top 9 retard
Stop pretending to be dumb
Apparently it costs more to live around retards.
I have literally lived in five of those cities. Silicone Valley is going to gentrify Oakland, lol.
Miami has zero rent control and a miniscule minimum wage yet rent is still going through the roof. Its because the immigrant flood takes up all the housing.
Aren't all those places filled with jews, niggers, spics and faggots anyway? So who cares.
>Two number threes
>No number 4
hmmm...
You know whats even nicer? Living out in the Midwest and getting 4 distinct seasons.
Enduring the long winters just makes you appreciate spring and summer even more.
Because your country is being invaded.
Filling your cities with niggers means that there are now fewer niggerless areas. This then drives the price in those niggerless areas up
People have to realize that just because humans are mentally group animals, does not inherently mean that we are horde animals. You should the rural-pill and realize the best societies are homogenous and scarcely populated.🐔
You’re such an idiot, Trudeau. If it’s a top ten list and there’s a tie for 3rd place then there isn’t a 4th place because the next one is in fact in 5th place
But 3 is followed by 4. They should have just put them in alphabetical order in the proper sequence.
Because of the concentration of opportunities, the inability for car infrastructure to expand to meet needs, restrictions on building, and niggers.
>Opportunities
Technology and reliant businesses have created density of employment. If you were to graduate today in Comp Sci, you'd have a choice in going to a B tier city and maybe getting a job at a lower rate or an A tier city and getting a job at a better rate. Thus, tons of people have no real economic choice except to move. Add in the fact that these are often immigrant gateway cities and it gets even worse.
>Cars
Urban sprawl is absolute fucking trash for long term development. The suburbs that once fed into these cities with reasonable 45mins or less commutes are now congested to an hour or two commutes. Simply put, is 20 hours a week worth $1000 in rent? Even worse is when tolls are considered.
>Building
Tons of existing Manhattan areas could be completely gutted for high density housing, but the actual legal hassle of doing so is massive while those who own the real estate can profit with price inflation regardless.
>NIGGERS
Almost all of these cities have no go zones. Because of these no go zones people with money concentrate in other areas; if everything was a go zone you would see say 2k 2br everywhere within a distance. Instead you have 3k 2br in go zones, 2k in some go zones, and 1k in no go zones. Even worse, many cities require low income housing to be a certain portion of housing. Which creates two major issues 1. Being niggers make your apartment more expensive and 2. Being price thresholds. Buildings with an average rent of a certain amount to be qualified as luxury can skirt around low income housing allowances - developers know this and rush to raise rates in order to get this exemption; this is also why real estate companies offer free months of rent rather than deductions.
Exactly. But people seem to be leaving for cheaper pastures. I live in Nyc in a 3 bedroom house with a backyard and only pay 1800/mo. I honestly lucked out bc my landlord hasn’t raised the rent but we are now house hunting to buy a house in another state. The house I’m renting now is a million dollar house it’s pathetic what constitutes as a a million dollar house in Nyc. It’s also hilarious that people rather commute daily 2hrs from PA than pay for housing in Nyc, this city is dying not even the chinks want to pay these prices.
Illegal aliens.
The Midwest is fucking trash.

To be in 4th means three are higher than you. To be in 5th means four are higher than you. That's just how placements work, look it up
Supply and demand.
The weather in S.F. is shit, always over cast. Central coast, and southern coast is a loooot better. But it's California, good weather doesn't hid the fact everything else is a shit.
You'll also notice that most of these cities are exceedingly difficult to build in. Regulations play a big part, but New York City, Boston, and SF have a physical limit on space. This is not an accident, this is by design. Jewish Realtors scooped up properties in these cities in 2008-2010 because they knew the prices would escalate.
Santa Ana is such a complete shithole and they're the ones who had the tent city. Mexicans are getting gentrified out of the city though so it’s a good change for the downtown, there is just no way anyone should pay $1800 in fucking Santa Ana. Fuckers try to steal mail trucks all the time. The gentrification has forced a lot of brown roaches in the shadows and you only get glimpses of them in some parts of the city when they're stealing shit, drunk, being mexican.
LONG LIVE GENTRIFICATION!
>pass laws restricting supply
>hurr durr why are prices rising
Econ 101 you retards.
The entire economy depends on the value of housing increasing indefinitely. Landlords have access to income statements and know exactly how much money they can extract from their tenants. They are more likely to sell a property to a new management company than let rent drop on their watch. Locals conspire to make sure the supply doesn't increase to prevent the value of their house from dropping- their retirements depend on it. This process is accelerated in major cities but is happening everywhere. Everyone who owns property has a vested interest in making it harder for everyone who doesn't.

Lies, all lies you homo
Income disparity. Namely that only the rich are getting richer, plus chinese and jewish real estate scams
Don't forget with the massive increase in demand from immigration and women moving from the country in.
Democrat corruption. Jow Forums ignores the spouces too often.

Because ghetto crime forces out the middle class so only rich liberals can live in safe areas near the city. Liberals have fucked over everything we Conservatives built.
Because you're flooding the USA with millions of new entries from the third world annually without even thinking about housing, maybe?
(cont)
also might it be because you're allowing literal foreigners to "invest" in US real state?
all these faggots think they have to live in these few glamorous locations.
Its the same fucked up thinking that Amazon has with where to locate their new HQ.
Fuck New York, fuck DC.
There are many better places to live.
Seasons are way better. Winter is the best month by a long shot.
/thread
I can't be too mad because I bought a house in DC on the dip and I could just rent it for 2-3 times the mortgage if I ever need to.
supply and demand controlled by banks and wallstreet
womp womp
like this guy said, supply and demand.
Ban renting.
Landlords need to get a real job.
People who pay to live in a place should at least be paying to OWN it, not just to put money in landlord's pocketbook.
Landlords can still make money by financing for people buying a house (if they wish to go that route), but the whole concept of paying just to borrow something, especially something as crucial and necessary as a place to live, is just ridiculous.
Move to northern Idaho or western Montana! Failing that move to western Wyoming. YOU NEED FORESTED MOUNTAINS POPULATED BY LIKE MINDED PEOPLE :)
