In order to compensate and feel like they do honest work, they destroy somebody else's career or because they are simply pmsing and have no real reason. This is why women were not allowed to work in the past, because they bring nothing to the table and their entire goal is just to gossip, cause work drama and get people in shit.

This is good man to man advice. Keep your eyes straight ahead and your mouth shut at work. If your boss is female, she is the only one you should talk to and even then it can be risky. This happened to me a few years back. Girl was interested in me at the workplace. She tried to strike up conversations with me and flirt with me in the break room. I didn't our right ignore her but I kept the conversations short. She tried more and more to get my attention and I began ignoring her because it was getting really fucking annoying. Then a rumor was spread about me being gay. Multiple people would ask me if I was gay bcause the place I was working at was a very Conservative environment. Turns out it was the chick who needed some dick and was mad becuase I rejected her.

I've worked in places that were female dominant and almost exclusively males, and the male environment was cheerful, happy and guys would talk openly and make fun of each other, calling ourselves assholes. Meanwhile in the female workplaces, I see women back stabbing each other every chance they get, shit talking each other very openly in the break room, causing nothing but drama, and going to HR literally every single chance they get for the tiniest of issues that could be solved by them actually talking to the person involved and not making a big deal out of it.
I learned from my mistake. I tried to give a bit of positive reinforcement to a female co-worker who had just finished some heavy lifting, she was complaining about a bit of muscle pains and I told her "Look on the bright side, you'll get a fit body out of it!". She went to HR because I called her "fat". I vowed to never talk to another woman again at work, I don't say hello/goodbye to them anymore even if they say it to me, I just turn my head away and keep walking, I don't even make eye contact with them, they deserve no respect.
