>inb4 lol just did what you did before
I DON'T FUCKING KNOW HOW I DID IT, that's why im asking for help
I fucking hate eating healthy, it's so torturous and i get no satisfaction and i don't feel full, what do i do...
What do you consider eating healthy
chicken, vegetables, fucking anything that isn't processed or fried
Why not just go for a fast. One day, three days, then five days.
Trust me, a tomato is the sweetest thing after not eating for almost a week. Oh, and carrots...
Chicken and veggies can get pretty bland if that's your food for days on end. And I'm changing what I eat lately as well, so I get your pain. what's been helpful for me is having a meal plan for the week, and having a small, designated 'junk item' every day.
This can be something like a couple chips, a cookie, hot dog, slice of pizza... something small that will help with your salt or sugar craving when it crops up. Also, you may want to adjust your portion sizes to have larger amounts of low-cal food (some rice with onions sauce is a good side to a healthy meal, and you can add damn near anything to it.)
Oh, and make sure you're drinking a whole lot of water through the day. It makes a big difference.
Bump
You pretty, you need to start exercising then your metabolism will be like yummy
I don't feel full a lot of the time but I also don't particularly enjoy eating? What the fuck is wrong with me???
inb4 memepression. I'm pretty sure I'm not depressed
not me
>I fucking hate eating healthy
>i don't feel full
Have you EVER try eating healthy? Because that "never feel full" feeling is your body asking for the nutriments that you are not providing to it.
In other words, eating healthy is what you need to start feeling full
>But I don't want to...
Nothing to do here, enjoy the 50kg or 60kg you are going to get
>that "never feel full" feeling is your body asking for the nutriments
If he/she used to be fat and lost lot of weight, his body will ask for more calories than are necessary. The desire is kinda always there with once fat people, their appetite/hunger drive and sense of satiety are distorted. It's a result of shitty evolution, since we evolved to gain weight, not lose it. He also gained back 20 kg so there's that, doesn't sounds like he's starving himself to death.
what are you eating op?
I've had a somewhat similar revaluation recently to yours OP, but it was about working out.
I've been working out for almost 2 full years, 99,99% consistent, no skipping, and all I have to show for it is 8-9kg muscle mass. I mean that's great, buts I'm still a fucking skinny skeleton, and the gains came the first years, this second one feels like I've been literally wasting my time, 0 difference.
I don't think that working out is all that's cracked up to be, at least not if you are working a full-time job, it just takes too much of your already extremely little free time. I can see people that are students or work less hours a week achieving more, but for average wageslaves it feels like the diminishing returns kick in early.
Genetics are important, and your white to red muscle tissue ratio, which is something that you can't change.
There's delicious healthy shit. All the weird flavors of fiber one bars they keep coming out with are pretty filling. And there's buffalo chicken that comes in packets next to the tuna here in murica. Salt is delicious. Eat more salt.
>it's so torturous and i get no satisfaction and i don't feel full,
that's because you're eating the wrong foods.
eat very little fat, and lost of hot watery carbs.
beans and bread is a great combo
plain potatoes are good
macaroni and chopped vegetables in a tomato sauce is good.
I don't like rice, but if you can handle it, then it is an option.
hot wet starches are very filling and you need to eat a lot of them to get your daily calorie intake.
The guy can eat diary, pastries, red meat and still be perfectly healthy. He just needs to avoid overeating.
And salt is unhealthy, man, it's one of the worst things in the modern diet, almost everyone eats too much salt.
fast for 5 days. dont eat anything. it will reset your cravings
It's good for your soul.
>we evolved to gain weight, not lose it.
Well that actually depends on the somatotype: mesomorph, endomorph and ectomorph work differently
Also, she can answer the question
>Have you EVER try eating healthy?
Lol OP gonna die
learn to cook you fucking brainlet. you can eat healthy without eating boiled chicken breasts and broccoli every day. it'll make you enjoy food instead of either hating it or just stuffing your fat fucking face with garbage.
here's what I did to lose weight and stop being a fat fuck:
breakfast: nothing or something tasty but not garbage, like a smoothie made with cake flavored protein powder, berries, and milk or oatmeal with honey, fruit, and vanilla or ovaltine added
lunch: sandwich, soup, small serving of rice and some sort of meat, or leftovers from dinner
dinner: ANYTHING you want to cook that isn't deep fried or completely full of oil and shit. Roasted chicken, small servings of pasta with a salad or veg side, asian; french; or american braised meats, and stews were my go to. Sides like potatoes done 50 different ways, rice, rice pilaf, or SEASONED veg are great with all of the above. Hell, I still had deep fried stuff a couple times a month. The point is don't eat COMPLETE shit but manage your portions. A lot of the shit I listed is low effort and most keeps well in the fridge/freezer too, so it shouldn't be too hard/time consuming to do it consistently.
not feeling full? You need to increase your carb intake and choose the right carbs. Complex carbs are 'slow releasing' energy. It's not all about the carbs (think nutrient dense broccoli or kale) but it's an important indicator.
Complex carbs include: oats/porridge, brown rice, wholegrain pasta, wholegrain bread and sweet potato. Chicken is pure protein, so that meal reference you said early would have had next to no carbs at all (hence still hungry).
Start eating nuts and seeds like almonds, pumpkin seeds and peanuts, but they're high in calories and can alternatively increase your weight (good for bodybuilders)
Increase your meal sizes as well. If it's slow releasing the body sorts itself out. I give you an example: yesterday for early dinner, I had a whole tin of corn (high in carbs), 250g of brown rice (before i cooked it so it increases in weight), 100g of white mushrooms, 250g tofu, 250g of brocolli. In one sitting.
Rest assured I was full for the rest of the night
Salt isn't unhealthy. Iodine is a mineral needed for your body. It's the wrong kind of salt (yes there's wrong salts) that is unhealthy for you.
