basically in my years of life I have learned this about religion and spiritual awareness, is that people must find their truth their own way at their pace.
Think of it like this, you are teaching a child math and you show him 2+2=4. He doesnt understand. Now shouting at him and telling him to remember this isnt going to teach him other than memorizing just 2+2=4 when there is so much more to numbers and math.
So you as the teacher have to explain numbers to him, because his family sucks and didnt teach him how to count, so you go from the beginning. He still doesnt get it, until you start using physical items to describe an amount of items. He starts to understand and starts pointing things out outside your lesson, Do you stop him or do you encourage him by guiding him and correcting mistakes? I hope it's the latter because that helps people start to open their eyes and see different things.
Now in terms of spirituality, people will steer clear because there it's a hot button issue to talk about. So What YOU can do is be available for the ones who come to you willingly. Like how people come here for advice.
