Do women hate cheapskates...

Do women hate cheapskates? I went on a date yesterday and my date told me that we shouldn't go out anymore because she thinks I should fix my life first. I'm 31 already and I'm still living in my parents basement and don't have a car (I have a motorcycle though). But the thing is I can already afford to live on my own and even start looking for houses but I'm that cheap.

I earn about 180k+ year due to being self employed and having two businesses. I live cheaply and lie low. My dream before was to become rich at 30 but that didn't happen because I only had my break out two to three years ago. If ever I want to look for a wife do I need to impress her with shit like a new car etc. I'm pretty upset with being rejected.

It’s ind of hard to be in a serious relationship with someone who only rides a motorcycle. It comes across as self centered, it’s harder to go on trips together, gf would always have to use their car when you go places once the thrill of riding on your motorcycle wears off. At least get a used car.

>self-employed
It's not about being a cheapskate, it's about financial security and self-employment isn't secure at all. You said it yourself, it took you this long to get where you are. You're only hoping it stays this good for the end of your days. Your career isn't something that will always be stable because it's always in need.

You don’t need a new car or fancy stuff, and 180k a year is more than enough to salivate any woman.
It’s all about how you present yourself. You’re just being an extreme cheapskate, you’ve made it this far in life why not enjoy it? Or at the very least move out of your parents place? Isn’t that embarrassing?

A girl with a brain will admire a guy who's humble/intelligent enough not to spend dumb money on dumb shit.

But your level of frugality is probably unattractive. Just buy a house already. I'm all about expense minimization but with your income... treat yourself man, get a land-rover, buy some dumb shit it's fun.

Also this, motorcycles aren't safe and they only seat 2 max. You couldn't even invite guy friends to go do something together if you wanted.

it's a very unattractive quality especially if you actually have money.

Most women still think it's 1954 and we're swimming in full time, secure, well paying jobs.

It's a huge red flag for any woman when a man lives with his parents (especially mom) in his late 20s, let alone 30s. It's not even about the money.

problem was not you, it's the girl

>earn about 180k+ year
>31 already and I'm still living in my parents basement
That's a red flag. I'd instantly assume that you have mental issues.

This. At 180k it is unthinkable to not own your own place, own car. You must have some type of psychological baggage that keeps you from moving out. This girl clearly picked up on that.

I'm 29 and lived with my parents the past year, I also have a job in their company and the office is 5 minutes from their home, as opposed to 40 minutes one way from where I used to live.

A used car is nice but I used to believe that cars a money pit. It's because I bought a brand new car back in my early 20's and I was forced to sell it due to not being able to pay for the monthly payments.

Well I lived a hard life ever since I graduated in college so I am always wary of being broke. I had a hard time when I graduated back in 2009 due to the recession and because of that I made it a point to save up for the future

>Just buy a house already. I'm all about expense minimization but with your income...

I don't think houses are a good investment. Besides I'm not sure if I will ever get married since I'm old already. Or worse what if the woman I married don't like my house.

>treat yourself man, get a land-rover, buy some dumb shit it's fun.

I read elsewhere that land rovers are already owned by Indians and it is overpriced. I won't buy that.

Dude i only live with my parents bc i have a shit job before i go to law school. Thankfully my gf is understanding. I was so fucking embarrassed to tell anyone i dated i lived at home. It’s not about living at home per se it’s about men having their lives together enough to take care of a woman if she needs it. As a man your purpose is to provide. At a certain point you need to grow up and bite the bullets you’ve been avoiding.

>lives in parents basement
>thinks girls don’t like him because he’s cheap

Yes, I do. I am an intern and I see people even younger than you decay all day everyday (yay for the oncology department). The most common thing they cry about is how they never got to live their lives. How they are so young, and the treatment is so rough on their bodies they don't have the energy to do much anyway, despite all the money they have. To me it looks pathetic to be such a cheapskate when in 4 months you could be dead cold down the morgue.

I'm 31, live in a shitty shared flat. Always wear the same cheap clothes. Come across cheap as fuck and never want to spend money. Make a very meager passive income that I spend.

Granted I have a pretty decent net-worth from trading but I'm not touching it until it hits at least a million.

I'm smashing at least one new 20-something woman off Tinder a week. Women only care about your money if they're looking for a husband to milk.

My gut feeling is that most women dislike cheapskates, yes. But I'd characterize your issue more as an intense aversion toward risking exposure to most of "real life." Cheapness just sounds like a cover for it.

Here's an idea
Move out of your parents basement.

I mean shit, with 180k+ a year, can't you just invest in buying a house in some nice area? It's practically buying money

>Well I lived a hard life ever since I graduated in college so I am always wary of being broke
Everything in moderation user. And moderation also means frugality in moderation. It's good that you don't throw out the money but as a full grown, successful man you simply don't belong into your parents basement anymore.

Gold diggers gotta dig.

It's amazing how most if not all the replies are from women trying to leech from OP's hard earned moolah. Ignore these bitches OP. DO whatever the fuck you want. If they don't want you for that fuck it. You gotta treat those bitches like the scum they are. If ever you change yourself do those bitches change? Damn I see fat bitches saying "I don't want to slim down you gotta love me for what I am". Then they have all these high fucking standards. It's only men who lower the standards but these bitches man don't listen to them. The money you earned are yours to spend alone.

By the way keep on digging woman. Why not just advice to those dying to just quit with the chemo shit. It's all a sham to rip off their money. If they have 6 months to live spend all that though and live the best life. Buy a motorcycle, travel to South America, fuck bitches, gamble, and smoke weed. Hell even kill a terrorist like Antifag or a feminist. The hell do they care? I'm going to die anyway. Be like the man from Saw movies. Got cancer? The world is now your oyster.
