Many people age horribly, the key in maintaining your looks is simple, come to terms with looking old. People try too hard to look forever young and it destroys them. You should be trying to make your current age look the best it can.

TL;DR:

While it's true that white women are occasionally beautiful, it is very fleeting. As PoC are moved from the shadows of society to the forefront, color will become more synonymous with beauty over time. When that happens, mature women will be revered for the physical attributes, as they retain their "youth" longer.
