You have to lift yourself out of it with your own willpower. Like Nietzsche described. Work out, eat well, make money, eliminate debt, save. Choose a path (public debater, propaganda maker, artist, author, survivalist / prepper, etc), hone your skills and start making an impact in the culture war.
