NO. it says that windmill noise actually causing cancer is an "astroturfed" overblown thing, and that no medically credible source attributes CANCER to it, BUT, it DOES cause distress, anxiety, sleep problems... for many people it is placed near...and CONSTANT STRESS and REDUCED SLEEP for any prolonged period of time? Leads over time to adverse health of all kinds. Lots of "little health problems", which will each be treated by doctors with different pills, and which all costs money... none of which needs to be. All for an insignificant source of power.
