It all depends on how much addicted you are and how much your brain is fucked.. I am guessing a lot (as most of people nowdays)...
a) Do cold showers
b) Lift heavy weights
c) occupy your mind with whatever (it does not really matter that much in first stages..just get your mind off porn when urges strike. Go runing outside, do some gardening, dont stay alone if urges become too intense. I also suggest to limit overall PC/internet time)
1) There will be urges. They will come in different waves, sometimes weaker, sometimes really strong and unexprected
2) There will be flatline. You will have limp dick and 0 libido. It lasts for 3 - 4 days, sometimes a week and its coming back in cycles. DO NOT FREAK OUT, do not watch porn to comfort yourself, its all part of healing process
3) There will be emotional changes and unstabilities. You can feel submissive, depressed, senstive, cheerful, sad, angry, lonely, dominant, happy etc. It can change very qucikly and you need to stick to your guts and live it through as it is also part of the healing process.
4) Thre will most likely also be so called "superpowers" (might come in cycles). You vision will be clear, you will become very assertive, intiutuive and decisive you will attract women A LOT. Possible eyefucking from female strangers. They will orbit you as they can feel your testosterone. You bodylanguage might change. Those will be really subtle changes, unnoticable by you..just little changes in bodyposture, in how you walk and stand. A drag on for women again
This often occurs within first 7 - 14 days of nofap and it lasts for a week or so max. then testosterone is getting back to normal levels (but its up from where it was when you were jerking off). Do not get carried away too much by this phase.. its a false achievement and DEFINATELY your goal. It will pass (as other stages do) it may return later during brain reboot (as other stages do).
