Trump can cancel all the debt, all that is being collected by the Federal Reserve which is not an agency of the United States. It can take either executive action or possibly the Supreme Court ruling the FED and/or its debt collection unconstitutional.

Especially considering the Founding Fathers literally WROTE IT IN THE CONSTITUTION that the Treasury is involved in the "coining" of the money to avoid private banks from stealing from governments and peoples.
