Stop eating like shit and make sure you cook your meat well. If there's a specific food causing you to bloat then remove it from your diet.

You have anxiety and the rest are probably symptoms of anxiety.

or he has ulcers.
you need to see a Dr. and be sure it's not something serious.

Do you have panic attacks or feelings of impending death or doom with it?

Yes often

I have been, only 23

Are you on any medications right now? Have you been to a licensed counselor before?

How long have you had stomache pain for?
is it a crap, stabbing, aching or burning pain?

It could be a lot of things so help us narrow it down

If it was food poisoning you would get vomiting and diorhea, maybe fever.
if you don't then it's not food poisoning

Realistically no. My child hood was fucked, mental and physical abuse til high school. Bad neighborhood too. Yeah I’m on some blood pressure meds for a separate issue

It’s been on and off for about 2-3 years. I mean some days it’s there and the next not.. I have a BIG anxiety of food poisoning sorry if I wasn’t clear about that.

For panic attacks, SSRIs are actually extremely effective. They have been shown to prevent up to 90% of attacks over controls. This is one of the few areas where they do have a lot of evidence for efficacy.

That said, you should be getting counseling with a licensed provider because your past may impact the present and whether through CBT or dialectic therapy, there can be a lot of good to eliminating rumination and develop skills to prevent exacerbation. One of the biggest issues with anxiety is focusing on an issue and running it over and over and over again in your head, but there is training to reduce it.

> I’m on some blood pressure meds for a separate issue

Actually, it may be pertinent. Beta blockers/ACE inhibitors are well known for causing sexual dysfunction which is a big deal in someone 23 years old. If it is loop diuretics, then urinary frequency and urgency really can have a large effect on how you perceive yourself. Not only that but simply having some sort of disease state at your age especially if it is kidney or cardiac can be something that weighs on you.

Often hospitals have outpatient groups which can focus on dealing with the psychological impacts of illness (not just things like cancer and heart failure) whether it is meditation or group talk it might be something to look into. Obviously this all would depend on the underlying issues.

It is a heart issue yeah. Kinda has stopped me from drinking /smoking as well

On and off for two years?

It could have been a number of unrelated minor issues.
It could be a chronic issue, serious or minor
It could even be an issue with anxiety itself and have no medical cause

Food poisoning is not serious and there is no reason to worry about it, if you have diorhea drink water and see if it passes in a day.
I am a traveller and have got every kind of food poisoning imaginable and I'm still alive and eating random jungle animals.

But please tell me what kind of pain it is

Does the cardiac issue cause you undue anxiety as well? Things like arrhythmias, congenital conditions like pidgeon-chest in Marfan's Syndrome, or having vessel aneurysms can be super scary, and any number of other diagnosis. This isn't to probe into personal stuff, but when looking at a person's mental health, physical health and how they cope with it is important. It can be good to actually list out all of your stressors in your life, not just the most obvious ones. A lot of the time, in my experience, the more persistent ones are actually just a cover for deeper seated worries.

Kinda like a bloated pain, mixed with nausea on the occasion. Never stabbing or searing

Yeah actually it connects a lot. It’s arrhythmia based. Sometimes I find myself mixing up an anxiety/panic attack for my actually heart palpitations that I may get.

If the pain isn't severe it could be diet or anxiety related, possibly a digestive health issue.

If the pain is severe, you have dark coloured poo (like coffee) you should see a doctor.

Stomache issues are common and if they are not severe, don't last more that say a day continuously, I wouldn't stress

What are some things you do to get your mind off of said things

My poo is usually on the medium to light range. Sometimes under severe stress I’ll have some mucus but I was tested when that happened and nothing. I’ve never shit blood or black

Well it's nothing obviously wrong then
I'm not a doctor so I can't work out anything over the internet.
Perhaps it's an intolerance to a type of food, maybe it's nothing at all

But my advice to you is that you shouldn't worry about bloating.
It's not going to kill you, it's not a serious condition nor is it likely to be the symptom of one.

It sounds like you worry too much

Have you discussed long-term treatment options with your physicians? It sounds like you are on medication management, though I know certain SVTs for instance, can be ablated, but obviously their are risks involved. Most physicians will want to treat conservatively, but your mental well-being is an important component if there are different treatment modalities available.

If it is something that is here to stay, then the focus is on preventing and treating the signs and symptoms. Also, you might want to talk about your medications in case they have anxiety provoking effects. There may be alternatives available.

Talking about your GI issues nothing you've said is very specific. Bloating and nausea are symptoms that are pretty wide ranging. You would generally know pretty quickly if it was an ulcerative based disease. Normal bowel movement color would indicate that your bile duct isn't obstructed. Do you have any periods of diarrhea and/or constipation?

You sound about as good as a doctor. Def gonna make a appointment. This has legitimately helped

Currently awaiting to meet new cardiologist. Hoping to speak about ablation. Risks are low tho

I do have bouts of diarrhea or loose stool that can come and go. But usually it’s just the stomach pain. Occurs often after eating any kind of dinner

Eat more fiber

Obviously, I am not remotely trying to diagnose you over the internet, but your symptoms do seem to overlap with IBS in some areas. You had me looking up my old pathophysiology hand-outs.

>Help me,
