Just checked spanish and french, both use regularite/regularidad, i'm not exactly native-level but afaik both (like in english) can also be used to mean orderly, smoothly, legally, correctly, etc.
I put the Arabic and Chinese through google translate and it gives "systematic" for the arabic, while for the chinese it just says "regular". Neither is really informative.
However the Russian version uses зaкoннoй, which according to dictionaries means legal, lawful, legitimate. Isn't that fairly clear?
