give no incentive to immigrate through making attaining citizenship without a worthy skill impossible, have a annual cap of immigrants that is somewhere below 0,01% of the current population (8k highly trained people is fair enough. that's an entire village per year! that actually want to live in germany and earn money.) i would stop the promotion of homosexuality and eugenics only to the part where you prevent undue suffering. if one knows a life that comes to this world will suffer for its life, that is absolutely unethical. people with diseases that prevent one from living life like a normal human being would (disable one for life/impede social abillities to making approaching the person hard or dangerous) should not be allowed to breed and should be medically sterilized.
I would have germany leave the EU, form smaller ethnic/cultural unions (germanic union: germany, austria, switzerland, netherlands) and let the remainder unify with their own. nordic unions for the scandinavians and latin-european union between italians, french and spaniards. we would have to respect eachother not because we are afraid of war, but because we love our culture and know the neighbor does too.
I with the surplus money that we'd usually feed the EU with will be funelled towards social projects and science project funding to make the wonders and weapons of tommorow.
