Medicare and Medicaid, especially are the real scams user. Health-care services make up 20% or more of our GDP and it just isn't sustainable. There are so many useless and expensive healthcare workers here. Social security has managed inflow and outflow at a rate which is mostly sustainable, I don't like it anymore than you do, but the real problem is the medical industry and especially last year of life care.
