I think so, based on the fact my sister is so white looking. I'm told we have lineage to the aristocracy like one of the early presidents of the South American country my mother is from, and more specifically it is Portuguese. While mapping her family, she found many of her living relatives had green eyes. I kind of think my mother is ugly, uglier than her sister, so her features were more pronounced than usual.
