Best: make a tincture of non-flowering tops of Ragweed and let soak for 6 months (for use next season)

Might be possible...it's the same concept behind allergy shots where they inject you with the allergen for a year or more to slowly build immunity. I have a friend who did this to get over her allergic reaction to dogs.
