I don’t know if they still do this, but in Flint, MI they used to have these huge concrete barriers with planters to hold trees for “aesthetics”, and they would randomly move them around the city and block off roads, creating dead ends, and just turning the street grid into a maze. The idea was they got into so many police car chases with niggers they figured they would just randomly block off streets and keep moving the barriers around the city so that the niggers never knew what streets would be closed and they would be easier to catch during car chases.
