It would depend on him I guess. I usually interact with people I'm familiar with so I don't have to explain too much because they kind of know what to expect from me. If I do need to convey something in detail though I usually do it through text (a notepad or my phone or something) or with sign language. It's why I said it might be helpful if my partner was deaf or mute too because they'd probably know sign language too. It's probably not as bad as a lot of people think it is. I don't really mind it so much compared to some disabilities. I'm glad someone thinks it's cute, small silver lining or whatever they call it.

You can always set up a twitch account and stream. Most of it is pretty much SFW ass shaking, but you don't need to dress in underwear, orbiters will choose any pretty girl because they're idiots that think you'll be their internet gf if they give you more money.
Hell, you may as well quit college and do that full time, you'll make a lot more than most college graduates do. I have some tips, I stream sometimes with mixer (use twitch for money, I only really stream for fun for my friends. Mixer is hard to get monetized for anyways).
Make sure to be engaging and treat your fans and viewers kindly. Thank them for the donations and such, listen to what they have to say, etc. Do what you love doing as well. Make sure to mix things up, so you don't get stuck in a rut and do the same game over and over again from pressure.
I'd watch some streamers to see how it's done. I'd look at RTgame, he has some streams archived on his YouTube channel and I think his content is legitimately fun to watch. If you do what he does and upload stream compilations to YouTube for more revenue, take some notes from him as well. Just remember not to just outright copy him, it's poor form.
I guess I could drop contact, but I dunno why you need it. If you're near enough then maybe I could stream with you and stuff, I have some good stream ideas, I'd just have to police my language more to fit with twitch policy. Name a platform and I'll let you know if I have it.
