At which point you'd probably have WW2, but it'd be a much more tame affair as I seriously doubt the outcomes from WW1 would encourage a victorious Germany and a BTFO France to start WW2, or the balance of powers for a Germany to be good enough to have WW2 - I imagine Russia will get significant territorial claims over Germany, and Germany would be even more neutered in that regard.
