How can Britain say they won WWII when they literally started it over a territorial dispute that had nothing to do with them? Also their whole goal was supposed to be "Protect the freedom of Poland" but they literally failed miserably at that and it became part of the USSR, which murdered thousands of Poles at Katyn. So Britain failed and basically lost WWII, all they did was help the USSR take over half of Europe while pretending that Hitler had plans to do exactly that.

Its funy how "politically incorrect" corageous history revisionists find it incapable to admit that their precious Germans were a normal people and might have lost something to a neighbour fairly and not be a victim of an injustice. The real reasons for WW2 were geopolitical just like for WW1. Incidents like some assasinations, ethnic clashes, attacks on radio stations etc can be manufactured or ignored at will. What causes war is an establishent of a country wanting to revise the international arrangement with force.
in the 1930s there were revisionist establishments: the Germans, the Soviets, Hungarians and Italians and the rest were more or less status quo establishments: Brits, French, Poland, Baltics, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Scandinavia.
Revisionist establishments were pushing for war to rearrange the borders more to their liking. That's all. War was inevitable just like in the 1910s, someone would have fired the first shot and made the first military decisions and all the revisionists would collectively say "finally!" and get to war. Reasons for war and propaganda lines blaming everyone else would be manufactured later.
tldr, the treaty of versailles left some countries bitter and other happy, like pretty much any treaty in history. As the bitter ones were massively growing (Germany and the Soviets) they got down to rearranging because they thought they could. The rest is irrelevant, every country had a propaganda ministry working 24/7 to justify whatever their govt felt like doing as a moral and historical neccessity
