I've never been but I have family near that corner of Arkansas... obviously Memphis is terrible and I've heard stories and read stories about Missouri negros coming down to Arkansas and doing crime.
The area I'm talking about has been getting lots of Mexicans (the past 10 years or so) but not that many they do like gardening and stuff

The northern half of Missouri above I-70 is closer to Great Plains land populated by clean upright industrial Germanics, the southern half esp south eastern is more Scots-Irish so more rusted cars and oil drums in front yards, more meth, but generally more fun too. The St Francois mountains are some of the oldest on the continent, beautiful rolling lush hills, clean rivers, limestone bluffs, lots of deer and wild pigs to eat, and for long term considerations it is out of range of the Yellowstone super volcano and below the glacier line of the last ice age. I’m looking at land around Mark Twain Forest and Eleven Points River. Pretty based state politics outside of nig-infested KC and STL.

It's boring af, meaning there's absolutely nothing to do outside of hunting season, there are more mosquitoes than any of the 20 states I've been to, but the cost of living is low, the taxes are low, the gun laws are based, and blacks stick to their own little shit towns/villages/neighborhoods.
One thing I will add; if you're a drug user, even just a pot smoker, you don't want to live anywhere near there. They will catch you, and you will be harrassed every day after being a marked man.
