Yeah Barcelona is in Catalonia, the same whay Montreal is in Quebec.

It is seen in general as a left-wing stand because, while beign nacionalist, people here thinks that the Spanish goverment is waay over-centraliced, and that the laws they pass are in general Right wing, which does not represents the Catalonia's live, views and internal politics.

You can try finasteride but it may give you brain fog and screw up your dick. That blocks the production of DHT which is thought to cause the hair follicles to shrink and go dormant.

Minoxidil (Rogaine) causes your hair to grow faster which helps cover up balding areas. It can make your face puffy and is not recommended for a receding hairline, just if you have a bald spot forming on your crown. It's usually good for a couple of years for the latter.

You can try microneedling to cause wounding. This supposedly causes the skin to increase blood flow and while healing the skin causes the hair follicles to get bigger too.

Ultimately, treatments are for maintaining the hair you have. If you want to have a full hairline, doctors would recommende you to stay on finasteride for six months to see how much hair returns (60% of some doing so) and then get a hair transplant. The most popular one is FUE, where they harvest tiny spots all over the sides and back of your head and deposit them in your balding areas. They're DHT resistant follicles so you wont lose them. If you go off finasteride, you'll start losing the hair behind the transplant. It will look even worse at that point.

It's all very tiresome. You're better off not worrying about it. It's just a cosmetic problem. I would recommend making some lifestyle choices, like reducing stress and drinking green tea, which may reduce DHT production.

I've seen some advice online which says peppermint or rosemary oils. But who knows really. Finasteride helps apparently but as says it has side effects, even gyno I think. So there's no solution.

I use finasteride. I've been on it for almost one year and have seen modest thickening. But it won't grow back temples at my age. But your chances are higher of doing that at your age. Try it for a year and see if you get results.

OP I am in the exact situation and I've worried the past 2-3 years about this (I'm 21 years old). I didn't have long hair but a lot of thick hair, while now it's thin and the amount of hair is reduced (receding hairline as well).

Listen, you have heard this quite often but I repeat this: do not care about your hair! All current solutions are shit for your health or really expensive (good wigs) , so don't think about masking your baldness. Besides, grasping to all solutions makes you desperate, which causes high expectations of your hairstyle that probably won't be met in the future. Either choose a fitting hairstyle with your head shape with the remaining hair that you have left or go bald if that suits you. For being completely bald, you must have a good beard growth, otherwise skip that option imo.

Girls don't care about your hair that much. What they do find important, is your confidence. The fact that you're losing hair should not lower your confidence at all. If it does, then you'll be less interesting.

Just DO NOT think about this at all and accept it! It's just part of our lives.

I can only speak for myself. For me, it didn't give any noticeable side effects. You can give up any time, it shouldn't be that expensive in the U.S. if you live there.
