It would be America that would do this. There are so many Muslims here it would be the most stupid political military action in human history. A bigger blunder than Hitler invading Russian territories. Guns are easy to get here and tens of thousands of Muslims of all races would rampage. Martial law wouldn't stop them. They'd massacre their way to the Whitehouse, storm the gates, overwhelm the secret service, and kill the president, after which they'll raise that black flag of theirs over the Whitehouse. The Kaaba itself isn't really considered holy, apart from the "black stone" meteorite stuck on it which sort of is. It's the fact that it marks the alleged site of the "first house of worship". So if it was blown up or whatever, while we'd certainly see a worldwide chimpout and a bunch of attacks, they'd ultimately just build another one. In fact it's already been rebuilt once in 1627, since the previous design didn't account for rain and collapsed. To cause an existential crisis for Islam, you'd have to nuke it or otherwise make the site inaccessible for a long time.

I've literally dreams about this. In the dream it's a giant asteroid (which is possibly ironic considering the cube's contents). The fallout (no pun intended) is that 3/4 of all Muslims suspect it's been orchestrated and it accelerates a crusade against America, Europe and the White non-Muslim race in general.
