I've been watching a lot of WW2 documentaries, reading, and research lately about Nazis, the leadership, and Hitler himself. I've started to realize that the leadership seems kind of ... dumb.
Hitler was oblivious to the instability within his own court.
Göring was a materialistic, fat slob who was in way over his head.
Himmler was probably the most untermensch of them all, yet somehow lead the most brutal group of soldiers in history.
Goebbels may be the only salvageable one of them all, as he was brilliant with his propaganda and ability to twist anything to a positive story. Yet, he was brought down a notch by his inability to control his cock like some primitive neanderthal.
They all waged a war that had almost no change from the VERY beginning, and only took out weak, ineffectual countries to start, which gave them a false sense of capability.
How the fuck did this group of ragtag troglodytes become so influential? And if it's that easy for idiots like that, imagine what it would be like if people who knew just what the fuck they were doing, and had the same brutality, could do.

They were stupid as hell. If you look at all the stupid decisions and all the dumb mistakes it seems like either trolls or retards were in charge. The state run economy lacked mechanisms to empower the right people and realize new projects - something investors do in capitalist countries.
