Vote NO on the directive. It is a massive infringement on rights and liberties, and the only way you can own them is through an exemption permit which is up to cantonal discretion. The government lied in 2005 when it said joining Schengen would not affect gun rights. This directive also allows the EU to make the laws stricter every five years.
