Yang's 1000

Is Yang's proposal a beacon of light to smaller economies, or an ominous threat of inflation?

This just makes me realize how poorfag you guys are.

You really think you can bribe me to vote for a far left socialist because I “might” get a few extra days of pay a year

How little do you losers make?

$1,000 a month would be enough that I could outright stop working.

Just barely and it depends where you live. It would also let a working person; Pay off debt, save for retirement, move to another state, be prepared for an emergency, invest in a new business or idea, donate to their favorite twitch thot... Ah shit...

>be me
>vote for $1000 China man
>say that we should remove immigrants
>lose my UBI due to credit system
>mfw

Trump + $1000

It what ways does he have a same policy as Trump?

Doing jack shit.

>in massive debt to china
>pissing cash on israel
>spending more and more on military to maintain stability
You know what? Let's remove the incentive to work from lower/middle class families by giving them money whose value is only maintained by the economy of working class Americans. And when a loaf of bread is $349.99, we'll up it to $1500 a month!

>He won't build a wall.
>He's for immigration like Trump.
>He will give money to Israel
>He's anti gun like Trump "Take the guns first, go through due process second"
It's Trump + $1000.

Is there currently any real incentive to work?
>go to dead end job you don't like
>an absurd portion of your money is taken and given to niggers, single moms, and our pretty useless army
>decide to get off the plantation
>WTF!? YOU CAN'T DO THAT! IT'LL COLLAPSE THIS TOTALLY GREAT SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE!

trump is pro immigration and anti gun now?

Yes. Have you been in stasis for the past like year or two?

>Bump stock ban
>"Take the guns first, go through due process second"

>“I want people to come into our country, in the largest numbers ever, but they have to come in legally,”

Just secure the damn bag...

Ok, let’s roll with what you said, that Trump hasn’t done anything, which is objectively false. We have a president who is at a net zero state. Nothing gets better, but nothing gets worse. Yang, on the other hand, is a net decrease. Meaning things get worse. This happens for a few reasons.
1. Yang is as pro immigration as it gets, far worse than Trump, as he is actively trying to get more spics in the country.
2. UBI is slavery to a degree. The natural process of UBI would be; big companies automate, everyone leaves their current job due to muh $1000, small businesses can’t afford robots, they die out. Now you have giant monopolies with almost now small businesses. This paved the way to near instant dictatorship, because if you say something the government, or one of the newly created doesn’t like, ie: being anti-semeti/racist, your UBI gets cut off, and there are no job positions to get an income due to automation.
3. And this ties back into 2. Yang’s projected social credit system. If it wasn’t for systems like this, China would have fallen long ago. I’d also like you to keep in mind one thing with this as well, despite what Yang memes may say, Yang is very much against anything right wing. Meaning the fantasy of him destroying Israel isn’t going to happen. He is not going to kill niggers. He isn’t going to hang kikes. He is going to import as many spics as possible, and if you don’t like that, then to bad cause your UBI has been revoked.

1. Immigration is totally inevitable at this point. Fortunately they all go to big cities. There is literally no peaceful solution to this country's immigration problems. Things will only get better after this country fails and collapses.
2. Small businesses paying minimum wage wouldn't die out because in many, if not most places, $12,000 a year isn't enough to get by. The $12,000 is to offer padding.
3. He already explained to social credit system.

1. Yang is also for enforcing a strong border, building a wall (where it makes sense) and using advanced surveillance in other areas.
2. From your perspective maybe, but as a wage cuck, 1000$ extra dollars a month could be the opposite of slavery, it would let you have the economic freedom you currently lack to take risks. Companies already have monopolies and small businesses are dying out, injecting 1000 dollars into the hands of millions could actually help them.
3. Yang just wants to engage people with the government, I doubt such a system would ever get off the ground without severe compromises and probably not even in that case, he will have his hands full just with UBI.

>12000 x 320 000 000 / year
What do you reckon

With cuts to existing welfare programs, and increased tax revenue? Not impossible. Besides, we'd just do what we always do and print more money and pretend everything is fine. It's worked for the past few decades, why on earth would it fail now?

How long until the small businesses also begin to automate? Digital cash registers can quickly beat out any employee in cost, and are relatively cheap, even for very small businesses. Also I haven’t read much about how his social credit system will work, other than it is like china’s. Tell me more about how it will avoid the problems I listed.

It's not like China's. You've been reading stuff that's patently wrong. And the problems are unavoidable. There is no escape from this. We're just lining our pockets before the ship totally goes under.

This, while cutting welfare costs, will double the government expenditure per month for UBI

Why would cuts to welfare result in increased government expenditures on a fixed rate UBI?

You realize that you're comparing $10 /year per capita to $12k /year per capita ?

Yang understands that UBI is not a catch all solution for the mass displacement of workers and the erosion of work in general as something intrinsically valuable for everyone.

He wants to transform our economy to value things outside of work, like volunteering, physical and mental health, etc. This is his "Social credit" system and its nothing like China's. It would give people financial incentives to do good in their communities and there are no punishments for "bad credit" because its just something you can earn, not like a score card.

Here is the direct quote from his website.

"The government’s goal should be to drive individuals and organizations to find new ways to improve the standards of living of individuals and families on these dimensions. In order to spur development, the government should issue a new currency – the Digital Social Credit – which can be converted into dollars and used to reward people and organizations who drive significant social value. This new currency would allow people to measure the amount of good that they have done through various programs and actions."

This is "human centered capitalism."

1. I don’t know enough about what Yang said about immigration, except that is for it.
2. I say it’s slavery because of how it can be very easily used to control a population’s opinions due to monetary exclusion due to “wrong opinions”.
3. If the system were to ever get even partially off the ground, it paves the way to much stricter and more sinister regulations over time. Similar to the claims that Trump banning meme stocks will lead to total gun control.

While Yang May have good intentions about the system, how long until someone else comes along and changes it to gain more control. And then another person. And then another person. Until eventually we DO have China’s system.

This image represents well how economically ignorant most people are that they literally think giving money to everybody is a good thing.
And the skeptics are then' ridiculed' by the majority.
But jokes aside I'm for accelerationism and this will show why world needs Cryptos. Good luck, I'll be watching with popcorn.

Our government is not a dictatorship, we have the means to fight back if our rights ever get challenged in such a way by these slippery slope arguments.

Doesn’t Yang want to get rid of rifles? Legitimate question.

Why would it cause inflation.

You earn $6000/3000 a day?

The yang trolls are back? Ugh...

What a waste of money. What is Yangs end game? Does he want Mr. Yin to come out of his cave and kick his ass? Seriously, I'll come out of my cave and kick your ass, Yang!

Yang's form of gun control is a licensing system similar to how we do driver's licensing. No guns as far as I can tell are to be banned however higher grade weaponry would require a higher tiered license. Hunting rifles would be low tier, automatic rifles high tier.

He wants to offer a service to gun owners to have their weapons finger-print locked as well.

I am kind of middling on the issue myself, I don't own a weapon but Id certainly like to keep the right to if I wanted in the future.

>weapons finger-print locked
Barely works on my phone, wouldn't trust it in a life or death situation.

Fair enough, however I like the idea in principal assuming the technology was up to par.

No wonder he's against UBI. He's the kike we'll be taxing to fund it.

I thought the UBI was going to be payed by robots, not people.

Its being paid for by a value added tax which will force amazon and such to pay taxes. Part of that cost will be passed to the consumer however 1000$ a month will still be a large net gain for the overwhelming majority.

Who do you think *owns* the robots?
