Unironically no. China will continue to develop and modernize. The west will continue to import shitskins and fall. America will fall to hispanics first, followed by Europe to africans and muslims. By the turn of the next century (but likely much before then) Europe will have fallen and China will have finished modernizing, developing, and surpassing the west. The only hope for the west is a racewar to expel nonwhites which is obviously unrealistic and will never happen. I'd say eastern Europe has a chance to surpass China and become #1 in the world, however if Eastern Europe starts to develop what is happening to the rest of Europe will inevitably happen to them too.
