Mexicans do assimilate better eventually, I'll give you that. After about 2 generations they either go full castizo and no longer even speak Spanish, or they stick with other Mexicans but still adopt American values and end up bilingual. So you have a 50/50 chance of them becoming indistinguishable from other white people, aside from maybe slightly darker hair or eyes. One of my friends fits in the castizo category, and most people aren't aware he's anything but white, he doesn't even know Spanish. His children are basically white since he married a white woman, and they don't have his features except somewhat brown hair. So yes, OP you are right. BUT that's still a big chance to take, and the other half of Mexicans will not assimilate. The ones who do typically move into places where there are no other Mexicans around, so their children end up never learning Spanish or knowing anything about their culture. There are plenty of castizos in the US that have assimilated successfully. One of them is even worshipped by boomers before they even had to worry about the spic problem. See: Elvis Presley. Look up what exactly castizos are and the difference between them and mestizos, usually they have at least 1 if not 2 fully American (born in the US) parents which IMO should be a REQUIREMENT to be American yourself.
