She's benefitting from checking the big boxes of female and POC, and she has a skillset that fits her chosen ambition almost perfectly. The conditions for her success are obvious. But success does not = intelligence. It does equal certain important skills though, correctly applied, and, for her, the luck of the greater social conditions, and she's riding the wave well. However, I think it's getting to her head, and I think this will ultimately cause her to make a catastrophic mistake eventually. Just depends on if she is building enough of a strong network to help her withstand her mistakes. She's very good at persuasion though. Too bad she's a massive racist.
